The catalina update for mac has been released and you guys said you would release the 64 bit in early 2020. Well the time is here it is January 10th, 2020 and I just want to know when the release date is. I am beyond excited to play the sims 3 again but I cant seem to find the release date Im looking for. I downloaded sims 3 in origin for my mac a while ago and now i am downloading some expansion packs i cannot find the product code i have the product code for the actual games sims 3 but in the confirmation emails and in origin itself there is no product code anywhere. @macross5599 I take if your Mac runs Catalina?If so, that's the issue: Sims 3 is a 32-bit app, and Catalina is 64-bit only. There's no way around this issue. But EA has announced a 64-bit-compatible version of TS3 for macOS, to be released some time this year. Open Origin, select your Games Library, click on the Sims 3 then the Extra Content tab and locate Ambitions. Next click on the Download button and follow any prompts about the disk space it will use. Ambitions should start downloading. During the download process the only option you should get in the orange button is to pause the download.
